Every year, Lacombe County selects community groups and school for funding through the Environmental Improvement Grant to develop and deliver community-based environmental services and programs within the County.
There are a wide array of projects eligible for the Environmental Improvement Grant, including:
The grant program involves guidelines that must be followed, an application form, regular reporting and the ability to demonstrate environmental benefits through the proposed project.
Applications must be completed, along with supporting documentation (if required), for funding requests to be considered and will be accepted in February of each year.
