The Local Government Election Act (LAEA) requires Candidates to submit information concerning their campaign finances to the County in a form outlined in the regulations. Campaign disclosure statements are public documents for the term of the elected officials and may be inspected by any person upon request during regular business hours.
The County has provided a redacted version of the first page of the disclosure for each candidate who submitted their statement to the County before the March 1st deadline. It is important to note that the County does not review these statements' accuracy or completeness nor provide any assurance of their accuracy.
